
And here is my new Russian interpreting experience. The matter is that even if the USSR does not exist anymore and new independent countries emerged on the map of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, they still use Russian as their communication language. My last experience was just about that. And you know what? They are looking for contacts here in the Southern hemisphere. This time it was mainly about University sport and recreation departments and students’ games. The guests came to create the first contacts for the future cooperation in sport sciences and exchange of sport students. Who knows, we might be the witnesses of the winter international students’ games here in NZ!
